Conditions governing use of this website and commissioned work with WillowCore Desktop Ltd.

Acceptance

By using desktop-willowcore.click or commissioning work from WillowCore Desktop Ltd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit an enquiry form.

Website content

Content on this site is for general information. Study descriptions, example patterns, and fee bands are illustrative until confirmed in a written proposal. We may update pages without prior notice.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics, and design on this site remain the property of WillowCore Desktop Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables created under a client agreement are licensed as stated in that agreement; unless otherwise agreed, analysis methods and template structures remain ours.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written statement of work or proposal.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillowCore Desktop Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law. For commissioned analysis, liability caps and warranties are set out in the relevant client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.

Changes

We may revise these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from its update date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
