For commissioned analysis, liability caps and warranties are set out in the relevant client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory rules allow.
