Data we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, optional study interest, and message content
- Correspondence: emails and call notes related to your enquiry or engagement
- Client project data: business contact details and, under contract, operational datasets you supply for analysis
- Technical data: essential cookie identifiers and, if you accept analytics cookies, approximate usage metrics (see our cookies page)
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active proposal or legal claim. Client project correspondence and contracts are retained for six years after engagement end for accounting and legal purposes. Operational datasets you supply are retained only for the analysis window agreed in writing, then deleted or returned.
Sharing
We use processors for email hosting and, if enabled, analytics. Processors act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.
International transfers
Where tools process data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
